A Noticed Difference LLC

With all of us on lockdown right now it's easy to feel super stressed out and overwhelmed! But don't worry here are some great ways to manage the stress during this uncertain time!
1-Practice breathing deeply...yes, slow deep breathes through your belly.
2-Surround yourself with positivity, remember...positive in, positive out!
3-Meditate and/or practice Yoga, now is a great time to learn something new!
4-Get up off the couch and exercise!!! Move your body, you will feel so much better when you do!
5-Journal your thoughts or talk them out with a friend/family member or a professional, especially if your struggling!
6-And lastly, when we are given the green light we will all be needing massages once again so be sure to get your next session booked out!
